Conference Programme

The programme only shows papers where one of the authors is registered, or where the publication files have been uploaded and we have evidence that the author will atend the conference.Please do not ask us to make changes to the schedule, as this is not possible without inconveniencing other conference delegates.
If your paper was not included in the programme but you are coming to the conference, let us know (seb@sustainedenergy.org) We can still give you a presentation slot and include the paper in the proceedings if you upload the required files.
Online Pre-Proceedings
You can read the papers which have been accepted for the conference if the author has uploaded the publication files. To do this, just log in to the PROSE online system .. here .. selecting either the Full Paper or the Short Paper channel of PROSE and checking the 'Pre-Proceedings Online' radio button. You can still log in to your account by checking the 'User Account' radio button.
If the author of a paper has not uploaded the publication files, or has not followed the instructions about their names, then the paper will not be available in the pre-proceedings.
Conference Banquet
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday 19 June
Tickets for the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and need to be purchased separately.
Paper Presentation
All papers are allowed 20 minutes for oral presentations, made up of 15 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes for questions.A laptop computer and data-projector will be provided for the use of presenters and we expect the use of powerpoint or a similar presentation aid.
Please note that the list of papers is provided as a guide to the content of the Conference. However, we cannot guarantee that all of these papers will be presented, and there may also be some additions to the list.
